Dando waz born on Curacao .. raised in Buena Vista by his grandma.. His mother was living on her own .. but Dando was taking care of by his grandma. He was spoiled by her and stayed there till he was 7. At that age he was send to Holland so he could have a better future. It was difficult for Dando to get used to Holland. He didn't like it there but he got used to the system.

Dando went to school .. started really nice... but went backwards.. he was in VWO and finished with his MAVO. Dando accepts now that at the time he wasn't the best son. Very nonchalant and gave up very easy. Calls himself the black sheep of the family.. he had a really messed up puberty. That was the moment that he was introduced to drugs. At the time drugs was his love. Now if Dando looks back.. he says "it was a hell of a time.. not in a good way.. but I did learn so many things that time... that will be useful now and for my future. I'm changed now and I'm so proud of Me" Dando says.

Dando's music career started with r&b and ended up with ritmo kombina. He used to pretend to sing ritmo kombina. But had love for hip hop 2 and so he combined those 2 with each other. " ma mixnan basha benta"..Dando.
Dando tells that he was thinking bout getting into one of those ritmo combina groups, but he didn't fit because he didn't have the image for that. " min ta fit den e mooi booi image... nan no ta aseptabu den banda si bo ta drenta barba".

After 14 years being in Holland he came back to Curacao. Had to adjust his lifestyle completely. Dando still doesn't seem to get used to being here. And   still doesn't seem to fit.. doesn't go out that much, "I'm still a house worm. and I love to be doing my thing with music".
Dando's friend "r.i.p Billy" believed in him .. and send him to singing lessons. Dando's first step on Curacao was doing something on Smurf's beat.. " Tata pornada" Kabalachi and Haily on da track. As Dando keeps going on ... he tells us that Tata Pornada is more then a true story. " I don't know my father, and I'm really mad bout it but at the same time I don't know why he's like that and did what he had done, but he'll have his motives. Only God can judge"

                                  

"Ta bo so "...with Mami Luv on the track was a song Dando had in mind for so long and finally had the chance to make something of it. In the end u'll hear RIP Ritmo Kombina. That's because he now has made ritmo go to another level combined with Hip Hop.
